New bathroom fitted
Needed a whole new bathroom and Chris from Actual Property Services came round to provide a rough quote which came out very reasonably compared to others. He also assisted in finding the right items we wanted to have installed and was very good at keeping in contact and getting back to me. New shower enclosure fitted
I was extremely happy with Actual Property Services. They were prompt with communication, polite, honest and clearly keen to do a good job. They were flexible , reasonable and amenable when some issues arose through no fault of their own. They were very tidy - once the job was done they left the house exactly as they found it. Replacing fuse box and cabling after a house fire
After a house fire caused by a faulty fusebox Actual Property Services provided a prompt and professional service. They worked a very long day to ensure that the work was completed so that we could move back into our home as quickly as possible. We were very pleased with their work and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Replacement consumer unit after old one shorted out.
Chris came along as promised and prioritised the job as I had no electricity following a short circuit in my old consumer unit. He examined the job and quoted what I knew to be a reasonable fee. He went to get parts and was back within half and hour working all of the evening to get my power back on. I was delighted with the service and now have a new Consumer Unit, House Electrical Check and all certification. Very happy with Chris he is polite, honest and zero messing around. Would recommend him to all.
